تمنح رئاسة سفراء الانسانية في العالم منصب سفيرة الانسانية في العراق للأستاذة ( سجى محسن خلف ) وهو منصب فخري يمنح للشخصيات الداعمة لحقوق الانسانية والعاملين على رفع قدرات افراد المجتمع فيها لبناء مجتمع سليم يتمتع بالعدالة و الانسانية ويتحلى بالديمقراطية والسلم الاجتماعي في العالم .
