منصب رئيس قمة منظمات المجتمع المدني في دولة اليمن لرئيس منظمة الوحدة لرعاية وتأهيل المعاقين في اليمن للأستاذ (حزام ناجي حزام المرح) وهو منصب فخري يمنح للشخصيات المختصة في مجال النشاطات المدنية الطوعية والداعمين له والعاملين في تطويرها لخدمة المجتمعات العربية وتطبيق الديمقراطية والسلم الاجتماعي فيها.
